Love the extreme mirror effect, now all over the web? Look no further!
Works best with UV Gel polishes. For those who don't want to use Gel polish, I achieved the look by using the steps below. (No UV light needed)
1. Polish with Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Black Polish. (I did two coats)
2. Use Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Top coat. Let it dry completely.
3. Rub the powder in using an eye shadow brush. May take a little while, but you'll see the mirror effect start to take.
4. Wipe off excess to eliminate sparkle
5. Seal with a water based topcoat. I used Little Ondine Secret Top/Base.
